Tom Lund (born 10 September 1950) is a former Norwegian football coach and striker. He is considered as perhaps Norway’s greatest football player of all time. Lund spent his entire career at Norwegian club Lillestrøm, despite receiving numerous offers from big clubs abroad. The most famous example of his loyalty came in 1973, when he turned down Ajax, who wanted him to fill in the gap after football legend Johan Cruyff.
